  2. Full payment has to be made upon confirmation of order.
  3. All items are free size(suitable for S & M) unless otherwise stated.
  4. No exchange of sizes/colors/designs after you've bought it.All goods sold are not returnable or refundable.
  5. Pre-order items takes within 7-10 days to reach on me after payment & pre-order date closed. So, please think carefully before you make order to Ola-Femme.
  6. Reservation is accepted for ready stock item, BUT only for 3 days. If no conformation is made within 3 days, It will be sold to next potential buyer on my waiting list
  7. Price shown is fixed and non-negotiable.
  8. Pre-order items offered are depend on availability by supplier.
  9. Amount of payment will be refunded back to buyer if the ordered-item is out of stock.
  10. No exchange or refund of items.
  11. We will not be held for any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting
  12. All the transaction ONLY made by bank-in to our Maybank/CIMB account.
